To book a reservation:

1.  To request a booking, click the "Book Now" button at the top right of the page.
   
2. Enter your "check in" and "check out" dates, and the number of guests. NOTE: There is a three night minimum stay requirement. Click "Continue".
   
3. In the "Add-ons" page:
   
   1. If you have 1-6 guests, click the white "Skip" button.
      
   2. If you have 7-10 guests, click the green "Add" button; this will adjust your rate to the published nightly rate of $750 per night. (If this step is missed, it will be added to your total by the owners prior to booking confirmation.) Click the green "Continue" button.
      
4. In the "Your contact details" page: complete all information, then click the green "Continue" button.
5. In the "Payment details" page: click the green "Request to book" button.
6. We will send you a confirmation email that will:
   1. give you details of your reservation, including how to make payments, and
   2. ask you to review and sign the rental agreement (will be included as an attachment).
      
7. After your requested dates are confirmed, your reservation is considered "pending" until two things are received: (1) 100% of the full payment, or a minimum of 50% of the total amount; and (2) a signed rental agreement.
   
8. After both are received, your reservation will be considered confirmed.
   
9. If 50% of the total amount is paid to reserve the dates, the other 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Payments are refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the reservation.
